Services include:
- Annual Cleaning
- A Full Tune-Up every 6 months
- 2 hours of labor on all major repairs with no dispatch fee
- Minor adjustments
- Consistent safety and maintenance evaluations
- Most work will be done at your location
- 24-hour, on-call priority service
- Parts are charged separately

Our workshop / "repair clinic" format allows you to:
- Assess many wheelchairs at the same time
- Provide most immediate repairs
- Order parts ahead of when they will actually be needed
- Get feedback and suggestions from the users in a group setting
- Provide detailed records and ID tags for each wheelchair
- Fewer calls if the equipment doesn't wear out.
You can have the best of both. You can be proactive with same day reactive services (assess, repair what you can, order parts, complete repairs after they are done).
For institutions that contract for 8 hours a month of your time,(or individuals that contract 4 hours per month) same day response could be free. It would be a surcharge for people without a contract. Plus, you can "roll over" hours unused in one month to another.
